A target for kicking, punching, elbows and even knees. Commonly used for taekwondo and karate, but has slowly been adopted by boxers, kickboxers, and MMA fighters as of recent.

It's magnificent for practicing accuracy in your strikes, and makes a satisfying sound when hit correctly.

Has some discoloration, and has seen plenty of use, but it's just as functional as it was day one and will highly likely outlast anyone who decides to use this for their training. Very supreme.
