Really and truly in newly-released condition.
No marks on the interior of the porcelain casserole dish (and merely a smudge on the back side - see photo).

One of the black bumpers (on the foot of the casserole) was missing when I purchased so I inserted a clear silicone bumper. You can see this in the photos when the holder is upside down.
