It's been almost half a century since I purchased this, and it has been left on my bookshelf at home for a long time, so there is a few age-related deterioration. There are scratches on the cover, and some spots and yellowing can be seen here and there. However, it has relatively little wear and tear, and there are no noticeable tears or writing, so I think it is readable without any problems.
Please consider this as an old book that has aged over the years.
