Packaging may show shelf wear and have writing on it. There
may
be fading present on various spots of the papers and / or envelopes. There are also spots immediately at least on the top envelope and maybe sheet.  Please review the pictures carefully to fully understand this.
The marker is probably not worth mentioning. I would
assume it has long since dried up. assorted of the ones in the past did
still work though.
Be careful when detaching the marker, as I did have
someone report part of the envelope coming off with it once. The tape is
pretty adhered on several of them.
superb party favors, thank you notes or for decorating etc...
