Pre-Owned - Candy Lacquer Starlight - Vintage 2012 Indie Nail Polish Holographic Stars Topper
For sale is one bottle of nail polish from defunct indie polish brand, Candy Lacquer. Starlight was described by the maker as a topper with "lots of silver holographic glitter".
Inside, there are holo stars, bars, & diamonds glitters, as well as smaller holographic glitter components. Unfortunately, the base looks as though it has either absorbed a color from the glitters, or has yellowed with age. It is also quite thick, which is why I marked the condition as fair. If you want to brush on as a topper, it will definitely need some polish thinner. The leading use in its current state is to fish out glitters & individually place on the nail.
I'm the second owner, I'm uncertain of usage prior to my purchase. Usage by me: half mani + the paper swatch shown in the photos. Please see fill line.
