2 Vintage saucers by Crooksville China
This is a vintage saucer from the Iva-Lure line by Crooksville China, a company that operated in Crooksville, Ohio from 1902 to 1959. The Iva-Lure line, produced in the 1940s and 1950s, is known for its Pennsylvania Dutch-inspired designs and floral motifs. The saucer in the image features the Dairy Maid pattern with a stylized floral design and a gold trim. The markings on the bottom indicate it was made by Crooksville in the USA.This was part of my mother’s china collection and sometimes it didn’t matter if there was damage, it deserved a little love having survived that long. Her favorite pieces were blue but there are many others to choose from. The rust spots on the backs are from the hangers she used.I’m selling her collection in the hopes that others feel the same way and can find some joy in collecting. Feel free to send me an offer!
